B.R.O.T.O.R. is a multinational non-profit institution which strives to offer objective analysis and effective solutions to economies and populations around the world. In addressing the problems facing the public and private sectors from nation to nation, region to region, B.R.O.T.O.R. seeks to accomplish our charter: We are all prognosticators of the future and since our particular purpose of vision belongs to the creed of law enforcement, we open inroads into tomorrow in ways and means of those who would serve and protect justice and order. BROTOR is not perfect. Sometimes we must create problems in order to solve those that exist. But that, in our opinion, is the true meaning of progress.
